Project Introduction
The Electrical Appliance Recovery and Refurbishment Programme focuses on the principles of a circular economy and community inclusion. By collecting and repairing second-hand household appliances, the project supports families experiencing financial issue while prolonging the lifespan of electrical products. Community members are encouraged to donate appliances that remain repairable. These donations are inspected, repaired, and cleaned by ENEEF’s professional technical team before being redistributed to eligible families through social worker referrals. Educational workshops are also organised at community centres to enhance public awareness of appliance maintenance and resource regeneration.
This initiative reduces electronic waste while providing tangible support to low-income households, embodying ENEEF’s vision of “We Create Shared Value” and promoting the sustainable value of resource regeneration.
